Our Philosophy...

is to treat our patients the same way we would expect to be treated. We appreciate the fact that our patients have chosen to visit our office and strive to stay on schedule, provide a positive, friendly atmosphere and always provide the best treatment experience possible.

Our Story

Facial Cosmetic and Wellness Center began in 1997 when Dr. Bruce Epker resigned from his position of 27 years as the Director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at John Peter Smith Hospital and opened his private practice in Weatherford. Dr. Meagan Hill joined him in 2012 to pursue her passion in non-invasive facial cosmetic treatments and health and wellness services and acquired the practice in 2018. Kathy Funderburg joined Dr. Epker in 1997 first as his surgical assistant and now is office manager. Along the way we have been joined by Estheticians Tiffany Fox and Rebecca Sharp, Mackenzie Prescher, BSN, Kylie Kaufmann, CMA and Front Desk Coordinator Macy Hill.

Meet The Team

Dr. Meagan Hill

Dr. Hill graduated magna cum laude from Howard Payne University and earned her MD from the University of Texas Health and Science Center at Houston. She completed her family medicine residency at Austin Medical Education Program in Austin where she was elected as the Chief Resident.

She was introduced to Dr. Epker by a mutual friend and joined Facial Cosmetic and Wellness Center to follow her goal of providing non-invasive facial cosmetic services. Shortly after joining the practice she decided to add the health and wellness program as well.

When she is away from the office she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her sons. She also enjoys playing golf and traveling.

Kathy Funderburg – Business Manager

Kathy joined our office in 1997 when Dr. Epker first moved his practice to Weatherford. She began as his surgical assistant and made the transition business manager after 9 years. She is a certified aesthetic injector and certified on the lasers used in our office. She still enjoys working with everyone at Facial Cosmetic and Wellness Center. She feels the most rewarding part of her job is the relationships built with patients.

Kathy is married and has a blended family of four children and ten grandchildren. Her greatest joy in life is spending as much time as possible with her family and attending as many of the activities as possible.

Tiffany Fox – Assistant and Certified Injector

Tiffany joined us in 2014 and quickly became a vital part of our team. Tiffany is a certified aesthetic injector/esthetician. She has advanced training in neuro toxins, facial fillers, micro-needling and CoolSculpting. She also works closely with Dr. Hill as her assistant in Bio-Identical hormone replacement.

Tiffany has spent the last 25 years in the beauty industry pursuing her passion to help her patients look and feel their best.

Her personal time spent with her husband, family and close friends.

Rebecca Sharp - Licensed Esthetician

Rebecca Sharp brought enthusiasm and a positive attitude for skin rejuvenation when she joined our team in June of 2021. She offers professional knowledge and years of experience to help provide patients with needed information to help meet personal skin care goals and to have patients look and feel their very best.

She attended Texas Laser and Aesthetics in Austin where she earned her license and certifications in Senior Laser Hair Removal, Body Contouring, Skin Tightening, Vein and Pigment Lesions, and Tattoo Removal. She also has completed course training for Cutera XEO, TruSculpt Flex, IPL/BBL, RF Microneedling, Dermaplane, Cool Sculpting, Diamond Glow, Hydra Facial MC and ingredient certifications from Jan Marini, ZO and IS Clinical Prodigy Peels.

Rebecca was born and raised in Texas and received her MS in Psychology. Her ongoing love for her family, friends, and patients are what keep her motivated and passionate about healthy aging.
